A STATE'S ASS SINS ON

The New York Post has taken a peak at SESSIONS AT SANTA'S, our experimental dance party every Tuesday night, and decided that we were one of "New York City's Hottest Parties." This week will be hosted by Hisham Bharooca and will featuring sets by The Present, Hex Message, Brian Degraw.

"...rock-meets-rave Sessions party at Santos Party House has seen performances from Sonic Youth's Thurston Moore, among others, and the cover is only $10. ASSASSIN EATS SNOT

Thurston Moore will be curating a Sessions at Santa's weekly party on April 7th. He'll be bringing along with him some otherworldly talent from his Ecstatic Peace label, who'll be conducting the proceedings as ecstatically and peacefully as a night of utter destruction can be.

SESSIONS AT SANTA'S!

This week's SESSIONS presented by SPENCER SWEENEY and STEREOGUM is just around the corner and what a better way to look forward to it than to gaze back at the illuminated, fun-filled mess of a party that happened last week! Quite possibly the best and weirdest Tuesday night on the planet, SESSIONS is a trash bag littered habitat that would make Oscar the Grouch swoon. The amazing DANIEL HIGGS and NATHAN BELL performed separate sets while ANDREW WK looked on through a hole he ripped in one of the draping garbage bags.

SESSIONS IS ON A ROLL!

I dare you to find a Tuesday night in Manhattan to rival SESSIONS. Hell, I dare you to find another night that's able to pull the NYC elite the way SESSIONS does and it's only in it's 2nd week! It's intense and totally out of the box... a true landmark! Everyone enjoyed a night packed with dancing, performance art, spoken word and music.

THIS WEEK AT SANTOS!

After last night's WTF!? Blizzard Party we've decided to continue the the intensity into this week with shows that will make you feel good! SHILPA RAY AND HER HAPPY HOOKERS are kicking things off tonight with what is sure to be an unforgettable evening. Then we've got DEAD PREZ on Tuesday! And be sure to stick around for the opening of the new Tuesday night Party SESSIONS AT SANTA'S presented by SPENCER SWEENEY + STEREOGUM! Wednesday is JESSICA DELFINO's DFR KID SHOW FOR ADULTS and if you're still standing by then you should definitely come down Thursday for Middle Eastern vocalist GALEET DARDASHTI. Friday is the infamous OPEN party, 'nuff said and Saturday is a very special evening celebrating QUENTIN CRISP and MISTER SATURDAY NIGHT with an extra special performance by CHAIRLIFT!

SESSIONS START END OF FEBRUARY!

"Well I was right. Technically."
"You said it was a naked vegan Thanksgiving, you didn't say it was seniors only. It was horrible. No one's going to believe we're 68."
"It was a hungy naked Thanksgiving... But this is for real. Santos is starting a new party on Mondays called SESSIONS. I saw it on the internet."
